Making your own chocolate means you can control exactly what’s in it. And with only 3 ingredients, this is a super simple recipe and great for people who need a dairy free alternative

DIY Chocolate – Dairy Free

  • In equal quantities
  • Cocoa or cacao
  • Coconut oil
  • Honey or maple syrup
  1. Mix and pour into mould (ice cube tray will do)
  2. Refrigerate until they set
  3. Chocolates will need to be stored in the fridge, as they will melt at room temperature

Make no mistake, these are still a chocolate, and although they use natural ingredients they should still be thought of as a lovely ‘sometimes food’
