In Summer, it’s so easy to reach for the icecream to cool down. Instead, try using fresh fruit juice, or 100 fruit juice from the supermarket to make your own healthy icypoles.

Icypole moulds are so cheap and making your own makes Summer all that more cheerful.

Today was a scorcher in Noosa, we cooled down with icypoles made from Apple and Ginger juiceĀ from the supermarketĀ and added fresh m int from the garden (yellow) and hibiscus tea (red).

To make icypoles with tea (yum) just brew your favourite tea and let cool. Add a little hiney if you wish. Pour into icypole moulds and freeze.
